At EaseWell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ease-well.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@ease-well.com.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ease-well.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse
