ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard delivery takes 6-10 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, EaseWell is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@ease-well.com.

LOST PARCELS
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at support@ease-well.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.
